SANTA CLARA, CA (March 26, 2021) – Digital Mountain, Inc., a leading global provider of Universal Discovery Management solutions including electronic discovery, computer forensics, cybersecurity, and data analytics services, announced its newest service offering, the Incident Response Pack (“I.R.P.”) Program. For organizations seeking to lower costs for cybersecurity and data forensics needs, I.R.P.s are available as annually-contracted bundled hours in 50-, 100-, and 500 hour-pack increments. Strategically-minded organizations can procure their desired I.R.P hours in advance and secure a locked hourly rate at significant savings over on-demand rates, without any reduction in the service quality and responsiveness for which Digital Mountain is well-known. Customers may apply unused hours to proactive services such as security assessments, incident prevention consulting, or employee cybersecurity training. Additionally, if a customer’s I.R.P. services exceed the bundled tier number, Digital Mountain will continue to honor the I.R.P. bundled hourly rate for the remainder of the contract year.

“For organizations with minimum known needs per year, I.R.P.’s subscription model provides significant financial rewards and greater predictability for planning and costs,” said Julie Lewis, founder and CEO of Digital Mountain. “Knowing that if the bundled pack hours are exceeded the customer still benefits from the lower I.R.P. rate for additional required work allows organizations to invest confidently while also taking important proactive steps. Reserving Incident Response Pack hours enables us to complete initial documentation and setup work before an emergency occurs, resulting in faster, more efficient, and ultimately, more effective incident response execution.”
